Intellectual property cases require special voir dire skills due to the complexities of the case issues and the jurors’ unfamiliarity with them. This seminar will review best practices for jury selection to maximize time constraints and other factors. Tips for asking the right questions, to learn as much as possible from the venire members, will be discussed. The seminar is designed to be interactive; questions from attendees are encouraged.
