Hi, my name is Richard Allen. I’m a lawyer at the law firm of Solowsky and Allen in Miami, Florida. I’ve been practicing law for 34 years. We have a commercial law, commercial litigation practice. My practice emphasizes real estate disputes and business torts, and commercial disputes between companies and partnerships and so forth. I’ve had the pleasure of having, I think we’ve done three mock trials, where we’ve actually brought in, and through Magnus they found in the community people to act as jurors in a mock trial. We present the evidence, we present the arguments. Other lawyers argue the other side of the case. We present the good, the bad, and the ugly, and then they record these mock juries as they deliberate.

They take surveys of these mock jurors about what they liked, and didn’t like about the presentation, and about the arguments and we have just found that it’s been a tremendous help to us in preparing for trial. So again I highly recommend them, I can’t speak highly enough about each of the members of their team, their experience, their professionalism.
